Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Administration support to the General Brand Manager - Maserati.
  • Perform administrative functions for the showroom, including greeting customers.
  • Answer incoming calls and deal with general customer enquiries.
  • Support and assist in implementation of various sales events/ promotional activities.
  • Establish, build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and prospects by anticipating and meeting their needs for services and products.
  • Assist with reports, sales contracts, customer traffic records, test drive statistics, vehicle stock and car movement record, etc.
  • Provide supervision to the driver and valet in performing their daily job duties.
  • Secure a clean, tidy and well maintained working environment and equipment within the showroom.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above.
  • Min. 3 years’ relevant experience in administration especially in automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Possess knowledge of ADP/ Kerridge DMS system will be advantage.
